In recent years, the virtual space of digital games has gradually become “bigger”, “more dynamic”, and “more realistic”.
As a result of this steady evolution, there is also a steady increase in the complexity of the technology necessary to create AAA titles, as well as the cost of development.
The goal of the Advanced Technology Division is to tackle these issues head-on by standing on the state-of the art of game technology and pushing the boundaries in computer science.
The Advanced Technology Division is, with approximately 65% of our members recruited from overseas, an expert set that is active at the front-line in a variety of disciplines. The techniques we are researching are wide-ranging across the fields of rendering, animation, physics simulation, artificial intelligence (AI), networking, Big Data, workflow, virtual reality (VR) and sound.
